Development perspective plans of Vladivostok international terminal include large preparation of the enterprise for ATC forum of the 2012. After the aerodrome Knevichi reconstruction it will satisfy the requirements of the ICAO 2nd category.

As a stockholder the "Sheremetyevo international airport" is chosen to be a new international terminal construction investor.

As a result, the new international terminal with runway capacity of 1500 passengers per hour will be build under the direction of the "Sheremetyevo international airport". Also it is planned to build the new hotel complex for 300-500 persons, which will be included into the international airport structure.

The Federal Agency of Air Transportation is chosen as a client for airdrome reconstruction. Developer is J.S.C. "Dalaeroproekt". According to technical order the reconstruction of landing strips, new parking apron, taxi ways and other infrastructural objects is planned. Modernization will help to increase the airport runway capacity. Reception and maintenance of the air crafts will be round-the-clock.

In outlook the Vladivostok airport modernization will help to create on its base the large international air-hub. The airport's successful geographical position will help to increase usefully the runway capacity of the Vladivostok international airport.
