No one no one can feel secured against unforeseen circumstances. It is important to have possibility to solve any critical emergency. Vladivostok international airport is equipped with several centers where you may get any urgent information, consultation or acute care in a case of emergency.

Where to get help:

you may get medical aid in medical service;
there is twenty-four-hour police service on the territory of airport;
military personnel may apply to commandant's office;
visa or passport problems may be solved by representatives of immigration service;
if you have been late for the flight you may apply to the check in counter;
if you have been lost your baggage you may apply to the unclaimed baggage chamber;
if you get damaged baggage you may apply to the luggage claim area;
if you have been lost in the airport you may apply to the information office.

In case of emergency: disease, injury, infective patient detection please phone in the medical service (tel.:03 or 30****).

Basic medical center is located on the first floor of the domestic air terminal.
