What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket – is an electronic version of the traditional paper ticket. Bookings are made in the normal way but the ticket details are held and stored electronically in carrier's reservation system.

What are the advantages of the e-ticket?

E-tickets are safe – the data is stored electronically so tickets cannot be lost, forgotten or stolen. In case of changing details of the trip, passenger may refer to the air company by the phone or to the sales office. The registration on the flight is very simple and time saving.
E-ticket is especially useful for those passengers who prefer to buy tickets online.

Where and how e-ticket can be purchased?

The most convenient way to purchase an e-ticket is to book it online. E-ticket is issued just after booking and payment. As a confirmation you will receive an itinerary receipt on your e-mail address.

Purchasing e-ticket at travel agency or airline ticket desk is still available.

How an e-ticket can be paid for?

An e-ticket can be paid off with credit or debit card, cash or invoice. We recommend using your bank card as it is a form of identification as well.

Will I get any confirmation of purchasing an e-ticket?
As a confirmation of purchasing an e-ticket we will give you an itinerary receipt. As well you can print it out when purchasing online. The itinerary receipt contains all the travel information that is used to be placed on a paper ticket.

We recommend having the itinerary receipt along with you during the whole travel. This is especially important when you are traveling abroad. You can produce it at immigration control as a confirmation of your return or forward travel.

Do I need the itinerary receipt to check-in at the airport?

We recommend that you bring this to the airport, but it's not necessary for you to check-in with.

All that you need for check-in is the form of identification that was used at the time the booking was made.

Can I request a paper ticket on an e-ticket route?

Paper ticket can be issued on an e-ticket route but additional charge applies.

Can I change a route on an e- ticket?

It depends on the air company rules.

Is there any return or change on any an e-ticket date bought online?

In this case it is necessary to refer in an air company. Attention! All the changing in an e-ticket or refuse from it may occur only strictly according to conditions, stated in the tariff rules.
