Sanitary and quarantine control

State sanitary-epidemiological control - is presented by activity of sanitary-epidemiological service bodies for prevention, detection and restraint of legislation violations in the field of population health and environment protection.

Sanitary-epidemiological control - is the control over people and cargos migration across state border which is conducted in order to prevent infective and parasitic diseases bringing in the territory of the country. Substances and products potentially dangerous for man's life also pass sanitary control.

Two major tasks of the division are:

Prevention of bringing hazardous infectious diseases by air transport and their spreading in the Primorsky Region.
Prevention of importing goods, chemical, biological and radioactive substances, wastes and other cargo hazardous for people.

Refused entry to RF:

Identification of ill or infected passengers during Sanitary and quarantine control;
Products and goods entry in cases of sanitary rules breaching identification; dangerous cargo and goods, chemical and biological substances, separate types of products which may cause potential danger for a human;
Product, which is entry to RF without state registration;
Not registered cargoes and goods contain unauthorized sources of ionizing emission.
